PLASTIC: Earthship Biotecture epitome of sustainable design and construction



The second contestant as not only use recycle material like glass bottle like the previous one, but used 5000 cans, 10,000 glass bottles and 750 used tyres. Those houses that this company is developing in the US are 100% sustainable. They are the most Versatile and Economical building design in the world. Earthship can be built in any part of the world, in any climate and still provide you with what you need to survive.
 

(Talk) Thanks to Mike Reynolds foundator of this organisation, they built more than three thousand homes on this model, the majority being located in the state of New Mexico, United States.
Besides the structure of tires, these homes are completely autonomous by collecting rainwater and using solar energy. South facing, large windows capture the sun's rays. The air circulates and warms the house that has no opening south side. In winter, covered with soil walls and keep store the heat, while in summer they cool the atmosphere.
